Your plan includes an electric bike with an alarm system and charger. For a small extra fee, you can add our Protection Plan for extra peace of mind. Extra accessories are available for purchase. Plus, the plan includes free maintenance and repairs for wear and tear.

We highly recommend the Rent-to-Own plan. The main benefit is that the bike will be yours once you have paid for it in full.

You rent an e-bike, make 12 monthly payments, and then you can buy out your e-bike for $99.For weekly plans, the bike can be bought out after 6 months of rental.

The buyout is totally optional — you can return the e-bike anytime before the 6 or 12 months with no penalties.For pre-owned bikes, there is no down payment.  For new e-bikes, there’s a $99 down payment with your first payment.

The RTO is open to individuals 18 and above who can provide the necessary documents:

• US-issued ID
• Debit/credit card in your name (cash/prepaid cards are not accepted)

Note: Proof of address is not required unless you have an out-of-state address or no address indicated on your ID.

No, you can keep the e-bike at home or store it in a secure parking space during the whole rental period.

We are delivering only in NYC and NJ. Our delivery fee is $35.

You can park your e-bike anywhere safe, as long as it doesn’t block pedestrian or vehicle traffic. Use bike stands, and always remove the battery and lock the bike — both are included in your rental plan. For extra security, don’t leave the e-bike unattended for long periods, especially overnight.

No, any rented property, including but not limited to the electric bike, must remain within the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, Maryland, Illinois, California.
