Why this role matters
Whizz, a leader in innovative transportation solutions for delivery riders, is looking for reliable and responsible E-Bike Delivery Drivers to join our Miami team. This is a part-time role where you will safely and efficiently deliver packages, follow assigned routes, and provide a positive customer experience on every stop.
What you’ll do
- Deliver packages to customers following assigned routes.
- Safely operate a company e-bike.
- Load and organize packages for delivery.
- Follow delivery and safety procedures.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Complete deliveries accurately and on time, while meeting KPI targets.
What you’ll need
Required
- Comfortable handling e-bikes in Miami, FL.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strictly follow the company-provided schedule.
Preferred
- Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus, but not required.
