At Whizz, we want to change the delivery business for the better by offering electric bikes to delivery drivers. Our goal is to make transportation for delivery riders as seamless and hassle-free as possible, so they can focus on what matters most: delivering top-quality service to their customers. As a Field Recovery Agent in Philadelphia, you keep our fleet where it belongs — recovering e-bikes from overdue accounts, communicating confidently with debtors, and working hand in hand with our collections and operations teams.
What you’ll do
- Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve e-bikes from debtors.
- Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
- Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
- Communicate effectively with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
- Work in various parts of Philadelphia, PA, with day trips within the state and to other cities.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
What you’ll need
Required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
- Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job.
Preferred
- 1+ year of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
- Former or retired law enforcement, military, or security experience is strongly preferred.
