Train and start leading
Complete paid training and start running the store with your team of couriers.
What you’ll do
We’re hiring two Store Supervisors to run our new Miami e-bike delivery store, open 7 days a week. You’re the on-site leader: you keep the store safe and organized, and dispatch our delivery couriers.
Run the store
- Open and close the store, check couriers in and out, and hand out e-bikes.
- Swap and charge batteries and keep the store clean and safe.
Dispatch and manage couriers
- Build the shift schedule, track attendance, and fill open slots when someone doesn’t show.
- Monitor active couriers and help them with app, bike, or order problems.
Own inventory and safety
- Own the inventory of e-bikes, batteries, and parts with regular counts. Our goal is 100% accuracy.
- Work with the mechanic to get damaged bikes back in service, and prevent loss.
Your schedule
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
10-hour shifts at the store, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch (9.5 paid hours per shift).
3- and 4-day weeks
Alternating weeks of 4 days and 3 days.
Every other weekend off
Weekends are shared equally between the two supervisors.
No overtime
You will not work more than 40 hours in a week.
You’re a great fit if you…
- Hands-on experience with inventory management, stock control, or loss prevention.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working alone as the only supervisor on shift.
- Available to work weekends and evenings on the rotating schedule.
Nice to have, but not required
- Experience with bike shops, delivery, or logistics.
- Previous experience supervising or dispatching couriers.
