How to swap
your battery guide

Open your Whizz personal account — in the app or browser.

Tap Battery Swapping in the main menu.

Go to the My Batteries section.

Choose the battery you want to swap and tap Swap Battery.

Scan the QR code on the cabinet — make sure camera access is allowed on your phone.

Insert your battery into the open slot, plug it in fully, and close the door.

Take the charged battery from the newly opened slot, unplug it, and close the door.
